At Cognitive Medicine, we are inspired by the possibilities of individualized and informed preventative medicine.

Our goal is to bring together the tools and knowledge of medicine, neuropsychology and neuroscience to bring you a novel approach to understanding your individual risk for cognitive change, and most importantly, develop an action plan for reducing your risk and living your best life as you age.
